Both captains must agree, and any home team that cancels without offering the visitors an opportunity to view the conditions, will be deducted 24 points in WDL matches and 20 points in WL matches

When there are severe weather conditions, the weather forecasts that the latest possible start won’t be achievable, and both captains agree by talking to each other
