The purpose statement
A clear justification for the new effort. A reasonable sense of the interventions or actions to address the needs. Articulation of the benefits the program will offer. Should be simple, clear and compelling.
The timeline
A calendar for the project. To track deadlines and the completion of all the things that must happen from start to finish.
Inputs
What you put into the program, both at the beginning and at differing moments in time throughout the planning and implementation process. Ingredients. (Money, space/venue, partners, and smaller nicknacks like supplies)
Activities
Actions, steps, events, interventions that take place at the sequential moments in time from the initial concept stage through the completion of the project. Activities are intimately connected to the timeline, with start and completion dates.
Outputs
Activities that have been completed and checked off on the timeline
Outcomes
The final results of the projects activities, measured against the og goals
