RBTI testing + Herbalism
What is the optimal pH for both Saliva and Urine?
6.4
What is the highest pH present in the body?
Brain - 8.0
What is the lowest pH present in the body?
Bones and Teeth - 4.8
What two minerals/vitamins cause the Saliva pH to get out of balance?
Iron lowers your saliva ph, B12 raises your saliva pH.
What minerals raise the urine pH?
Calcium Citrate and carbonate (coral) and vitamin D.
What minerals lower the urine pH?
Calcium Phosphate (Bone Broth), Vitamin C, Calcium Lactate.
Which stage of mineral loss is conducive to parastic and fungal infections?
Stage 1, high saliva and urine pH.
What causes women to have severe menstrual symptoms? Which mineral loss stage does this occur in?
When the body hi-jacks the reproductive system to remove waste. This occurs in stage 1, high pHs because the digestive system has slowed down.
Which stage of mineral loss causes bones and teeth to decay?
Stage 1, high pH
What stage of mineral loss makes one susceptible to food sensitivities?
Whenever the mouth and saliva pHs are too diverged,, so stages 2 and 3.
Which stage of mineral loss causes bloating and why?
Stage 2, because the stomach is moving slowly. Stage 3 because the colon is moving slowly.
Which stage of mineral loss causes excessive aging?
Stage 4, both pHs low.
Which stage of mineral loss causes the most hardening of the arteries?
Stage 4, low pHs.
What affect does magnesium have on nitrates and when should you supplement it?
It lowers the nitrates, primarilty take if your nitrates are high and you have thick blood.
If your nitrates are high, what is a better supplement than magnesium?
Potassium.
What are the primary uses of nitrates?
- Synthesize proteins (hormones, amino acids)
- Helps digest potassium out of food.
How does magnesium affect potassium levels and why?
By decreasing nitrates, it diminishes your ability to glean potassium from food.
What are the general daily requirements for potassium and magnesium?
K = 4000mg, Mg=400mg
Why does magnesium help the bowels move, and what problem does it cause?
Moves bowels because you have too much. It can affect potassium absorption.
What’s the ideal way to get magnesium?
Through greens, vegetables, in chlorophyl. Not through isolated supplement.
When would someone be on both magnesium and Potassium?
Only if they are taking chlorophyl (not pure mg) and potassium.
Also, if people are determined to take magnesium and they want to compensate for it.
What’s the danger of taking magnesium if you don’t need it?
It can reduce your ability to synthesize needed proteins by reducing nitrates. Anything with an amino acid needs nitrates.
By what mechanism does magnesium decrease nitrates?
Turning them into ammonia and the body gets rid of it.
