As the web evolved, it became more participative, and to a large extent, we may have arrived at a truly interactive web 2

With the benefit of hindsight we can see how NAPSTER foreshadowed Spotify.
We can also see have social media made Web 2.0
Web 3.0 is likely to be fully decentralized and trust will be a major issue to be addressed.
Apps can be seen as more trustworthy than the web, possibly replacing the World Wide Web in the future
