Explain what an ISP is. Give an example.
A company that has a permanent fast connection to the internet. They sell internet access and services.

A program that is used to search for documents on the internet by using keywords and phrases.
What is a web browser?
Software application that allows one to view and explore web pages.
What is ‘www’ in a web address?
Subdomain.

Collection of related web pages.

Electronic document on the web.
What is a home page?
First page of a website that contains info about the purpose and content of the website.
What is plagiarism?
Someone’s content is used and is not acknowledged.
What is a URL?
Alpha-numerical address used to identify resources on the web.
What is an IP address?
Unique address of every computer connected to a network.
What is WWW?
Service that consists of interlinked and interactive documents stored on computers all over the world.
