greatly affect the human act simply because if the agent or the person has a greater knowledge, freedom, and voluntariness, the person has a greater responsibility of the consequences of the act.
Modifiers
is the lack or absence of knowledge.
Ignorance
whether of the law or of the facts, is either vincible or invincible.
Ignorance
refers to man’s strong tendencies toward the possession of something good or toward the avoidance of something evil.
Concupiscence
is a lack of knowledge that could be avoided by using reasonable diligence in the situation.
Vincible ignorance
is a Catholic theological term that refers to a state of being where someone is ignorant of the Christian message through no fault of their own.
Invincible ignorance
It also pertains to passions that affect the voluntariness of one’s action.
Concupiscence
is thinking something that is threatening or evil, and it prompts man to search for what is safe and good
Fear
is an external force applied by a free cause (that is, by human beings) to compel a person to do something contrary to his will.
Violence
are acquired simply by repetition of the same act.
Habits
They can either be good or bad.
