Plasma

Aorta
It is the main artery that takes the blood away from the heart and to the rest of the body.

Deoxygenated blood enters the right atrium of the heart through the venae cavae
Haemoglobin
Red pigment that contains iron. Located in red blood cells, carries oxygen.
Septum
the heart is a double pump, separated into the left and right side by the septum

the upper chambers of the heart, where blood first enters the heart.

the lower chambers of the heart where blood goes when it leaves the atria

Oxygenated blood:
Blood rich in oxygen that comes from the lungs.
Deoxygenated blood:
Blood that comes from other parts of the body that has less oxygen, and more carbon dioxide. It must go to the lungs to get more oxygen.
