- Fearing Conflict
- Lack of Commitment
- Avoidance of Accountability
- Inattention to Results
Trust - unwillingness of team members to be vulnerable
Conflict - Teams that lack trust fail to engage is healthy debate
Commitment - without debate & everyone’s ideas considered, team members may not be committed to team strategy
Accountability - Without commitment from entire team, team members may avoid holding themselves, or others, accountable
Results - Without accountability to the team’s results, team members may only chose to pursue their own personal results (ego, career development, recognition)
