“…… Her hair , her hair!” - repetition, explanation marks and no full sentences indicate an obsession with her. Loss of order hints at his madness ants dark ending to the poem, there are rhyming words at end of every other stanza but not here suggests a loss of order and perhaps sanity
” Twasn’t a woman - ………” -the farmers bride
“…… More like a frightened fay” - fay is a fairy, not quite real she seems lost and helpless
