Cabernet Sauvignon- Colour, Tannin, Acidity, Structure, Black Fruits, herbal notes, cedar, blackcurrant leaf.

Merlot - Smooth texture, pluminess, roundness, velvety tannins, blackberry, plum fruit (less ripe = red fruit).

Cabernet Franc - Elegance, vibrant fruit, floral notes.

Petit Verdot - Deep colour, tannin, spicy notes.
