What is transference?
It is when we are reminded in the present of someone from the past you aroused certain strong emotions
The feels are felt in the present and they are strong and unconscious
What is counter transference?
This is when transference is directed from the dentist towards the patient
so strong patients are aroused after seeing the patient (can be good or bad feelings)

This is a rational state whereby emotions do not excessively influence beliefs, though and behaviours

This is the state in which people reopens to a situation similarly to how they did in childhood

These are transactions that occur when one person attempts to communicate in a role and the other person responds inappropriately
