Dickens is showing how Bob takes christian values in that he’s thankful for everything Scrooge has done, whereas Mrs Cratchit Sees things differently as she thinks scrooge is a harsh and cruel boss
Contrasting exclamative sentences with bob wising well for Scrooge while Mrs Cratchit conveys her frustration and anger at Scrooge

Dickens uses this as a commentary for how christians at the time had lost their way as instead of loving like Tim they used christianity to punish others. Dickens saw children as the way to fix society and so wanted us to realise the power of community and family
