If I shop advertises a book on sale as being €20 reduced to 10 Euro then the book must have been advertised as €20 for 28 consecutive days prior to being 10 Euro.

A

It means the use of harassment or on fair behaviour to a consumer (Example. Mechanic does extra work that agreed on your car then refuses to give you back your car unless you pay for the extra work we have done to your car)
