A
- 2 ½ oz Estate gin
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- ¼ oz pickle juice
- stirred – stir in Japanese mixing glass until cold, julep strain
- shaken – in small cobbler, strain, give shaker with remaining drink to guest so they can top off
- glass: coupe
- garnish: grapefruit peel, expressed, dropped into glass

- ½ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz Boston Honey Company honey syrup
- pinch salt
- shake with ice, double strain

- fat ½ oz rich simple
- ¼ oz grapefruit tonic
- add ice, top with soda water

- dry shake, shake with ice, double strain

- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- egg white
- dry shake until thick, shake with ice, double strain, add confectioners sugar and torch top of drink until toasted

ONLY USE THE PEANUT BUTTER TIN TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION
- 1 ½ oz peanut butter BR
- ¾ oz simple
- ½ oz WR
- ¼ oz heavy cream
- egg white
- heaping spoon peanut butter
- dry shake until thick, shake with ice, double strain
- glass: coupe

- bar spoon of “Wolf’s Mud”
- 2 oz Estate Gin
- 3 oz tomato juice
- stir in an iced shaker
- dirty pour into Collins glass
- glass: Collins
- garnish: cold metal straw, celery stick, carrot stick

- 3 dsh green Tabasco
- stir in an iced shaker
