What is Public Law?
Is the relationship between the State and its individuals. This is mainly in three branches: 1. Criminal Law
2. Constitutional Law
3. Administrative Law
What is Criminal Law?
The part of the law where the characterises of certain wrongdoings as offences against the state. As defined a crime is a public wrong doing which the judges have held or Parliament has laid down to be a sufficient threat to the well being of society that criminal procedure ought to be applied to it.
What is constitutional law?
Primarily concerned with the rules which regulate the structure of the principal organs of government, their relation to each other and determine their principal functions.
