Plight:
(Noun) : A difficult or uncomfortable situation that is hard or impossible to get out of.
Ex.: my brother locked me inside of a box and attempted throw me down the stairs which left me in a plight.
Render:
(Verb) : To cause to become; to make
Ex.:when I saw the skater do a triple axel, I was rendered in speechless.

Ex.: when the boy fell off his mountain bike, we rendered assistance.
Serum:
(Noun) : The watery part of blood that does not clot. Also used to describe ant kind of watery skincare product.
Ex.: My sister just got a new rose water serum for her new skincare routine.
Arduous:
(Adjective): involving or requiring strenuous effort; difficult and tiring.
Ex.: an arduous journey
Illustrious:
(Adjective): well known, respected, and admired for past achievements.
Ex.: his illustrious professor.
Mandate:
(Noun):an official order or commission to do something.
(Verb): to demand officially or require something.
Ex.: a mandate to seek the release of political prisoners.
Venture:
(Noun): a risky or daring journey or undertaking.
(Verb) : to risk
Ex.: pioneering ventures into little-known waters.
Benevolent
(Adjective): well meaning and kindly.
Ex.: a benevolent smile.
