Everyone has the right not to be unreasonably detained or imprisoned.
Everyone is has the right for protection from unreasonable search or seizure.
Not to be denied real able bail without just cause.
To be informed promptly of reason for arrest or detention.
The right not to be subject to any cruel or unusual treatment or punishment.
To be informed of the right to a lawyer without delay.
While we have our rights and our freedoms, each have a limit.
