What is the Bill of Rights
A
- Section 2 of the Constitution
- Contains 27 sections
- Contains the fundamental values and rights of all individuals incl. right to life, equaity, dignity etc.

Is the Bill of Rights applicable to everyone
A
- The Bill of rights is applicable to both Natural Persons ( as stated throughout the constitution, they are entitled to every fundamental right ) . Juridical Person may claim rights that are applicable to their profession and responsibilities.

Who can enforce rights in the Bill of Rights?
A
- Anyone stated in S38
- anyone acting on behalf of their own interests.
- Anyone acting on behalf of someone else interests who cannot come forward.
- An association acting on behalf on its member
- Anyone acting as a member/ part of a group
- Anyone acting on behalf of public interest
