The right to be left alone and free from unwanted scrutiny.

Information that is personal and unique to an individual.

CCTV, drones, number plates recognition, things to watch people or organisations.
Whistle blower
Someone who draws attention to someone / an organisation he believes to be acting illegally or unethically.
Identity theft
Stealing another persons personal data in order to pretend to be them.
Location based services
Services that enable people to share there location online.
Digital inclusion & digital divide.
Insuring everyone has access to the internet / not everyone having access to the internet.
Professionalism
The skill and competence expected of a person in a professional setting.
Intellectual property
A creation of human mind that is unique and has commercial value.
Patent
An exclusive right granted to an inventor to make use and sell and invention for a fixed period of time.
Creative commons
An organisation that allows people to set copyright terms for their intellectual property.
