What are the articles?
The seven articles are in place to enforce laws and give people there rights.
What is the first amendment?
It protects five rights: freedom of religion, speech, the press, assembly, and to petition the government.
What is the second amendment?
This article gives people the right to serve in the state militia and the right to bear arms.
What is the third amendment?
This right limits the the national governments abilities to force people to quarter troops in peacetime and people only have to if required by law.
What is the fourth amendment?
This amendment protects people from unneeded searches and seazures on there property.
What is the fifth amendment?
It protects the rights if people that had committed a crime.
What is the sixth amendment?
It guarantees additional rights to the people that have committed crimes.
What is the seventh amendment?
It guarantees the right to a jury trial in civil cases if the fine is more than $20.
What is the eighth amendment?
It forbids a bail that is far to high.
What is the ninth amendment?
It makes sure that the rights in the constitution are not the only rights of the American people.
What is the tenth ammendment?
It is a reminder of what us not in the constitution. It concerns federalism.
