He governed the colonies in the interest of great Britain the mother country and not for the interest of the colonies.
This caused great resentment among the American satellites who work very hard but could not enjoy the fruit of the labour

A

The revolt known as the American war of independence was part of by an incident called the Boston tea party.
In 1773 a group of colonists disguised as native Americans raided British ships in the Boston harbour and through 300 grades of t into the sea this incident was a protest against the new taxes which have been laid on tea.
The Boston tea party was an opened defiance against British authority.
