1st amendment
Freedom of expression, religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition.
2nd amendment
Protects rights of individual citizens to keep and bear arms.
3rd amendment
Says that soldiers canโt quarter in private homes during peace time.
4th amendment
Protects the right to privacy; stops unreasonable searches and/or seizures by the government.
5th amendment
No double jeopardy; you donโt have to testify against or for yourself; no person is to be tried without the grand jury.
