BNA Act
british north america act is the act of establishing canada as a country of its own

a category within the constitution that highlights the rights and freedoms of a canadian
bill of rights
a written bill highlighting the rights and freedoms of canadians. it’s different from the charter because it is apart of the constitution while the bill isn’t. this means people can change the bill (by voting of course) without having the british be involved
