How do we test for chlorine
Take a piece of damp blue litmus paper and dip it in chlorine, if it turns white it’s chlorine (it might turn red at first because chlorine is acidic)

Take a glowing splint and put it in the gas, if it relights the gas is oxygen
how do we test for CO2
Bubble it through lime water, if the limewater turns cloudy it’s CO2
