What are the ankle tests used?

What are the foot tests used?
Length tests - gastrocnemius, soleus, flexor hallucis longus

Tuning fork to check for fracture
What are the tests for the knee?
Squat test - look for depth and quality PCL tests: Posterior drawer, posterior sag ACL tests: lachman test, anterior drawer MCL test: valgus stress test LCL test: varus stress test Lateral patellar glide
Acute injury:
Meniscus: McMurray’s test, Apley’s compression test
Intracapsular swelling tests: patellar compression, swipe test
Chronic injury:
Patellar grind test
VMO (Vastus medialis) contraction
What are the tests for the thigh & hip?
Ober's test for ITB length Nobles compression test for ITB friction Straight leg raise - hamstring length Quadriceps length test Circumference of quadriceps
What are the tests for the shoulder?
General: Apley’s scratch test, wall push-up
Impingement: Hawkins Kennedy, Neer’s, empty can
Bicipital tendonopathy - speeds test
AC joint - cross arm, depression of acromion
Glenohumeral joint - apprehension, sulcus sign, anterior-posterior glide
What are the tests for the elbow?
Varus stress test
Valgus stress test
Wrist extensor stretch test
Wrist flexor stretch test
What are the tests for the Hand?
Ulnar collateral ligament/Radial collateral ligaments of thumb and interphalangeal joints
Carpal tunnel: Phalen’s test, Tinel’s tap test
Scaphoid compression test
Pinch test - ulnar collateral ligament of thumb
