But lymphomas are the most common scrotal mass in >50s.

What are some risk factors for developing testicular cancer?
- Cryptorchidism
- Infertility
- Family history
- Klinefelter’s syndrome
- Mumps orchitis

What is the 5 year survival for germ cell tumours if caught in stage 1?
- 5 year survival for seminomas is around 95% if Stage I
- 5 year survival for teratomas is around 85% if Stage I
What are some features of testicular cancer?
- Painless lump (not always)
- Gynecomastia
- Hydrocele
