A measurement relying on the subject to recall the intensity of their physical activity

How much physical activity per day should a 5-12 year old doto meet the npa guidelines?
60mins per day on moderate to vigorous per day (including aerobic activity)
What type of physical activity should a 5-12 year old be doing bed week
The child should be doing on at least 3 days per week muscle and bone strengthening activities.
For 13-17year olds how long should the be physically active per day to meet the guidelines?
60mins of moderate to vigorous per day (including aerobic activity)
