Explain the purpose of evaluations in the context of learning
Evaluation is an attempt to check whether each student fulfilled the learning objectives

Students maybe evaluated formally or informally and in a number of ways including: written tests, oral quizzes, participation in classroom discussions, etc.

Personally is the sum of thoughts feelings and behaviors that make someone unique

Leaders can not change human nature, but they can have an effect on the environment of others

Birth order theory contends that a person’s rank within their family can have an effect on their personality and intelligence

Having a strong charisma can make a leader appear heroic and Larger than Life and therefore incredibly effective. Leaders who have strong charisma find it easy to recruit new followers and their followers will work longer and harder for the cause
Explain pitfalls leaders can face by relying too much on charisma
Strong charisma can be counter productive as it surrounds the leader with followers that are only too willing to flatter the leader and sweep problems under the rug

A learning objective describes what a student should know, feel or be able to do at the end of the lesson

Brainstorming, mind mapping, the five ways reversal, headlines of the future, flowcharts multi voting, gradual voting, and weighted pros and cons
