Level with the 1st intercostal space, 6 cun lateral to the midline. The intercostal space is above the second rib. Measure 8 cun of clavicle, cut in half, then half again for 6 cun.
How do you find Lung channel 2 (Yunmen cloud gate)?
Below the clavicle, 6 cun lateral to the midline. Right above LU-1

On the cubital crease of the elbow, in the depression at the radial side of the biceps brachii tendon.
How do you find Lung 6 (Kôngzuì Maxium opening)?
On the flexor aspect of the forearm, 7 cun proximal to Lu-9, on the line connecting Lu-9 to Lu-5.
How do you find Lung 7 (Lièquē broken sequence?)
On the radial aspect of the forearm, approximately 1.5 cun proximal to Large Intestine 5. In the cleft between tendons in the edge of bone head slope.
