Acts of Man
Actions which man performs knowingly, freely, and voluntarily.
Human Act
Done either by man’s mental or bodily powers under the command of the will.
Commanded Act
Those performed by the will and are not bodily externalized.
Elicited Act
Stand for the norm or morality which is the standard by which actions are judged as to their merit or demerits.
Dictates of reason
Accompanies an act which is primarily intended by the doer.
Direct Voluntariness
The person performing an act is liable for such act.
Imputability of Human Act
An act or situation which is the mere result of a directly willed act.
Indirect Voluntariness
A person who fully knows and fully intends an act.
Perfect Voluntariness
A person doing an act willfully, regardless of wether he likes to do it or not.
Simple Voluntariness
A person who is forced by circumstances beyond his control to perform an act which he would not do under normal conditions.
Conditional Voluntariness
A person who acts without fully realizing what he means to do.
Imperfect Voluntariness
An act that we do with the use of free will and intellect.
Human Act
The act must be free or voluntary in character.
Voluntary Act of Human ACt
The command of the will make use those means elected to carry out the intention.
