Narrative Poetry: a type of poem that tells a story
example: ‘The cremation of Sam McGee’
Also “epic” or “ballad” poems

Dramatic Poetry: a poem where one or more people actually speak as characters in the poem too an audience. They tell the story as that character.
Example: “to be or not to be” or “the raven” by Edgar Allan Poe
