the two lines stand in sharp contrast to each other
(e.g.) Ps 1:6 “For the Lord watches over the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish

If he is all- powerful and if evil exists and evil circumstances occur, then God must not see anything wrong with evil and therefore God is not virtuous and all loving
