Disguising their hatred for the elderly by showing sympathy for them. Saying it was a “mercy kill” when it wasn’t.

The less dead are:
People whose values are less. Society doesn’t value them because they were less dead when they were alive. For example prostitutes or the homeless. By having the less dead as their victims, the killer can justify the behavior.
