The National Headquarters
The National Headquarters is the link between KKPsi and TBS chapters and colonies and a source of continuity for the two organizations.
In Nov 1991, the headquarters moved from the Seretean Center for the Performing Arts to Stillwater Station (former Santa Fe railway depot).
The services fall into 4 categories: Administrative Services, Fiscal Management, Record Keeping, and Publicity and Promotion.
National Executive Officer Responsibilities
Manages business affairs of the Fraternity and oversees the financial management of the organization including developing and monitoring the budget.

History of Wava Banes Henry
Wava Banes Turner Henry was born in Cleveland, OK, on March 14, 1920.
Graduated from Win, TX High school in 1936.
Entered Texas Tech in summer 1937
Got sorority status for TBS in 1939 while attending Texas Tech.
Most universities weren’t allowing women in th band at that time and there were no women Band directors around. Finally, she got her position in Avoca, TX, in the fal of 1940.
Dec 1941, married H. Jack Turner, Jr., who was a charter member of the Alpha Omicron Chapter of KKPsi.
Has attended ever national convention since 1971. Is a charter member of the Beta chapter and a life member of the sorority, the national alumni association, and the board of trustees. Is an honorary member of the alpha chapter and the alpha omicron chapter of kkpsi. Beta chapter has a scholarship in her name at Texas Tech. Also received Beta’s 50th Annicersary for Outstanding Service award and the KKPsi Richard E Tolley Service award

The Podium began in 1947 when the Baton was revived but needed a new name

Six Districts
Midwest North Central Northeast Southeast Southwest Western International Each district contains officers. They allow local chapters in a region to develop a closer relationship through district conventions and other functions. Original 10 districs were realigned in 1987 to form current 7 districts
