2 Principles of Spiritual Leadership
- Sovereignty: God assigns places of spiritual ministry and leadership in His sovereign will. Mark 10:40
- Suffering: …men and women leading… must have eyes wide open, and hearts willing to follow the Master all the way. Mark 10:38

- Approval: God has chosen you
- Modesty: God gets the glory, not self
- Empathy: Be merciful, don’t walk on people
- Optimism: Keep hope alive through it all
- Anointing: The Holy Spirit is with you
