Try to see the good in others, look at yourself every morning in the mirror and say I like you have a great day ,become involved with others, find something you enjoy and learn to do it well, be realistic and your expectations for yourself, when others give you complement do you know are you with them and question their judgment
Ways to improve
Control your emotions – the feeling in response to people or situations. But things off your back. Self-control knowing how to discipline yourself. Learn to accept constructive criticism up. Someone’s evaluation of you try something new practice something old
