Spiritual part of man- allows him to know himself, improve himself, love others, perceive a person as a person, and think and act past instinct
Why was man made male and female?
Genders give expression to different aspects of God’s perfection and man and woman together can be co-creators with God
What does God’s resting on the 7th day symbolize?
That creation is nearing the last day
What are angels?
Pure spirits with more glory than man who protect man
What are fallen angels?
Angels that fell to pride and chose against God
How does man differ from animals?
Man has free will, allowing us to overcome our instincts and choose the higher good

Exit and return; we come from God and spend our lives trying to return to him

The substance of things hoped for and the proof of things not seen
