  2. Memo Format
    - Stays within organization
    - Headings: date, to, from, subject
  3. Template Format
    - Used for repetitive data such as sales reports
    - Standardized headings
  4. Digital (Electronic)Format
    - Sent as e-mail
    - Report is either in the body of the email, or is attached to the email as a memo, letter, or a PowerPoint deck.
  5. Manuscript Format
    - Longer, more formal reports
    - Use headings and subheadings
  6. PowerPoint (Digital Slide Format)
    - Used to guide the presenter
  7. Infographics
    - Visual representations of data or information
