What are lone wolves?
Individuals who support the beliefs of a terrorist organisation but act independently.

Organised groups of terrorists. They may operate in many different countries.
What are home-grown terrorists?
Individuals who live in the country they attack or plan to attack.

Government supported engaged in terrorism.
