A change in the appearance of the skin of a deceased person after death, characterized by a greenish discoloration around the umbilicus

Münchausen syndrome by proxy
Psychological condition in which a person causing the symptoms of a serious illness and someone else, usually a child, to gain the attention and sympathy of others

Damage to the heart muscle due to a lack of blood from the coronary artery
