Evolution of bjj from its beginning
Indian monks that traveled needed a way of defending themselves without using weapons because they didn’t believe in them. This was the Beginning of jiu jitsu. The monks passed jiu jitsu down to China. Then a Chinese monk passed it down to Japan. The samurais mastered it and then called it jiu jitsu. They used jiu jitsu in Japan by guarding the palace. Then it was passed down to brazil and was taught to Carlos Gracie. His younger brother helis was small and developed techniques with using very little strength.
The significance of the kamiza
