A

A $10 fee will be deducted from the refund.

A

They will be charged with a rescheduling fee of $20 and their next appointment will not be eligible for a refund regardless of when requested.

We will not issue the refund at all.

A

A

Customers who are late or do not show up for their appointment will not be issued a refund. Customers who wish to schedule another appointment will will still be required to pay the full price.
