What is necessary for customers to bring to their drive test?

What does IID stand for and what does it mean?
Ignition Interlock Device, a device that requires the driver to blow into a breathalyzer before operating the vehicle.
Can we administer a drive test to those who need an IID?
No, they must contact another testing facility.
How old must a customer be at the time of the drive test?
Customers must be at least 16 years of age or older at the time of the drive test.
How many times can a customer take a drive test in one day?
Once, if the customer fails they may take another test the next day if there is an available spot.
For customer 16 and 17 years of age, how long must they have held their permit to be able to test?
Customers must have held a valid learners permit for at least six months prior to testing.
If the customers permit is from another state, what must they do prior to testing?
The customer must first pass the knowledge test at the DMV and obtain an Oregon DMV customer number.
What are the rules on customers under 18 and parents/legal guardians?
The customer must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the drive test appointment when they are signing in and when they are receiving their results. During the drive, parents or guardians must stay at the office and are not allowed in the vehicle.

Who has the ultimate power to confirm a customers eligibility to receive a drivers license?
The DMV, they may have additional requirements and requirements listed on our Terms of Service may be subject to changes in the laws.
When must the payment for tests be received?
Payments must be made at the time customers schedule their appointment.
How much does a single test cost and what do the payments cover?
A single test costs $75 and ONLY covers the driving test, it does not cover the fees that must be paid at the DMV when a customers license is obtained.
Are customers allowed to take their drive test with an instructor that has given them lessons?
No, the drive test will have to be conducted by another examiner.
Taking drive lessons prior to taking the Drive Test guarantees that the customer will pass, true or false?
False
What is the general refund policy? What do we not issue refunds for?
We do not issue refunds for services performed. We do not issue refund for missed appointments.
When a customer is late to an appointment and we are unable to fit them in the same day, what happens?
It will be treated as a missed appointment.
If a customer wishes to RESCHEDULE an appointment more than 48 hours before their scheduled appointment, what happens?
No fee will be charged and we will reschedule the appointment.
If a customer requests a REFUND more than 48 hours before their appointment, what happens?
A $10 fee will be deducted from the refund.
