The “taste” or “feel” that a person ,eaves with another person the first time they hear, see, talk with, or walk with them
First impression
Treating the customers of your business in a way that’ll make them feel important
Customer service
Treating people in a way that breaks positive connections so the relationship is broken and left negatively
Burning bridges
Keeping information private and protected from being seen/held
Confidentiality
Using automated machines or equipment to do the work, rather than being done manually
Automation
An organisation of workers that have banded together to achieve common goals
Labour union
The limits of what’s acceptable (words, actions, space, respect)
