in which something is known by the reader or audience
but unknown to the characters
Mood
is the emotion created in a reader by part or all the literary work
Theme
is a central message or perception
about life revealed through a literary work
Soliloquy
is a speech delivered by a lone character in a drama that reveals his or her thoughts or feelings
Aside
when a character in a work of fiction addresses the audience directly for a moment to either express a truth, reveal a feeling, or comment on the events of the story.
