mass of aeroplane including all equipment required for the role of the aeroplane (pax seats etc), engine oil and unuseable fuel

A

mass of aeroplane ready for a specific type of operation, including crew and their baggage, catering, potable water. Excluding useable fuel and traffic load

(Basically everything needed to operate the aeroplane except pax and fuel)
