Normative means relating to an ideal standard or model, or being based on what is considered to be the normal or correct way of doing something.
Allocation of resources
Resource allocation is the assignment of available resources to various uses.

The division of labour is the separation of tasks in any economic system so that participants may specialize.
Adaptation
Patterns of behavior which enable a culture to cope with its surroundings.
Enculturation
The process of learning one’s own culture, also called socialization.

Minority group is a term referring to a category of people differentiated from the social majority
Ethnicity
The fact or state of belonging to a social group that has a common national or cultural tradition.
Subsistence economies
A subsistence economy is a non-monetary economy which relies on natural resources to provide for basic needs, through hunting, gathering, and subsistence agriculture.
Appropriation
Cultural appropriation is the adoption or use of elements of one culture by members of a different culture.
Pastoralism
Pastoralism is the branch of agriculture concerned with the raising of livestock.
Division of labour
The assignment of different parts of a manufacturing process or task to different people in order to improve efficiency.
Norms
The conceptions of appropriate and expected behaviour that are held by most members of the society. Norms are also referred to as “social norms.”
