What do OD consist of?
Nonstop and connecting flights
What is OD?
Typically total trip from city of first point of embarkation to city of last point of disembarkation.
What is a market?
Similar to OD, but could include aspects of passenger characteristics
What is a route?
Sometimes similar to OD
Sometimes refering to nonstop traffic only, but based on airports and not cities
Sometimes similar to routing
What is a flight?
Could be a nonstop or connecting single or recurring flight movement
What is a movement?
Single flight event including date, time and airline
What is a non stop flight?
Single flight from takeoff to landing
What is a direct flight?
Flight with the same flight number, but involving a technical stop
Hat is a connection flight?
A flight that consists of two or more individual connecting flights or flight legs
Sometimes also refers to a travel possibility between two cities and airports
What is a leg?
Nonstop or direct flight that is part of a connection
What is routing?
Sequence of airports that are connected with nonstop flights or similar to route
What is itinerary?
Similar to route and routing
Sometimes also including airline information
Sometimes down to individual movements
What is a feeder flight?
Leg of a connection flight to or from the connecting airport
