Carrier
Bags carried on the same craft as a passenger
Accompanied package
A form issued by TMCs and tour operators specify services to be provided to the bearer all chargers stipulated therein will be charged to the issued it is surrendered to the supplier in exchange for the services mentioned also known as tour voucher
Exchange voucher
An option sub tour with corresponding extra charges to the buyers of a tour packages it may be availed of before or during or after the basic tour package
Extension
Travel by individuals on official corporate business
Corporate travel
When a passenger is not allowed to board a flight due to insufficient or improper travel documentation
Denied boarding
A fee collected for the carriage of baggage over and above the baggage allowance
Excess baggage charge
A list of wholesale rates distributed in confidence so travel management companies and wholesalers by tour operators
Confidential tariff
