A flight added to meet demand for a special event
Inter-Line connection
When more than one carrier/airline is used during the connection
On-Line Connection
Same carrier/airline during the connection
Direct (flight)
Flight with at least one stop. The passenger stays on the same plane. (1)
Connection (flight)
Flight takes a passenger through at least one intermediate location & the passenger switches planes
Non-Stop
Takes a passenger from A to B without any Intermediate stops. (0)
