3. Temperate eastern plateau - has hot summers and cold winters with frost.
4. Plateau slopes - has hot summers and cold winters with some frost.
5. Subtropical lowveld - has hot summers and warm winters.
6. Subtropical plateau - has hot summers and warm winters
7. Subtropical coast - has hot summers and cool winters
8. Temperate coast- has warm summers and cool winters.
